<p>This course will enable you to understand how to approach and move animals in a way that minimises distress to the animal and allow them to be moved to a safe position in a timely fashion whilst also considering your safety.<br /> <br /> It will give you a better understanding of animal care and some practical strategies for moving animals.<br /> <br /> The eLearning course Animal Care and Safety on the Railway should be completed before attending this course.<br /> <br /> This course is delivered by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).</p>
